I resisted the temptation to join Oscar and Chris in fish and chips, never really a favourite of mine anyway.
I opped for Steak and Salad. I went to Safeway and got a nice piece of Porterhouse steak, a bag of Spinach and Rocket, an Avocado and some fresh Asparagus.
No dressing and no marinade. It felt like a healthy meal, but I love lots of flavours in my meal, so this is deffinitely going to be classified as a work in progress.
